I cancelled Pro — when does dormancy start?
Account · Updated Jun 22, 2026
The dormancy clock starts from your downgrade date, giving a fresh 3-month window, not an instant warning.
The dormancy clock is the later of your last sign-in and the date your workspace dropped to Free. So if you were a paying customer who cancelled, you get a fresh 3-month window from the downgrade, not an immediate dormancy notice.
Re-subscribing clears the clock entirely. See the Dormant Account Policy and what happens when you downgrade.
