What happens to my data when I downgrade to Free?
Plans · Updated Jun 22, 2026
Nothing is deleted. Over-limit maps and extra members become read-only or lose access until you upgrade again.
A downgrade never deletes data. On Free:
- Only the 2 most recently updated maps stay editable. Surplus maps go read-only, you can still read and delete them to get back under the limit.
- Members beyond the owner lose access until you re-upgrade, because Free is solo.
- Paid template listings are paused (still viewable, buy button hidden), not removed. Existing buyers keep their copies.
Re-upgrading, or trimming back under the limits, restores everything automatically. See read-only maps and subscriptions.
