Each account can own up to two Free workspaces at a time. Once you're at the limit, upgrade one of them to Pro to free a slot for another. See accounts and workspaces for how ownership and workspace limits fit together.
Paid workspaces are unlimited because each Pro workspace has its own subscription, members, billing settings, maps, and plan limits.
If a downgrade would leave you over the two-workspace Free limit, the extra workspace is preserved but becomes read-only until you upgrade, delete, or choose which Free workspaces stay active.
