How do I create my first map?

How does repo import work?
MapsRepo import scans a connected GitHub repository and drafts a map from detected services, frameworks, and dependencies.
What is canopy.json?
Mapscanopy.json is a portable map file with nodes and edges that Canopy can import into the visual canvas.
What happens when I hit the node limit?
PlansFree maps can have up to 15 nodes. Pro maps can have up to 150 nodes. Existing data is preserved if a limit changes.
Why is my map read-only?
PlansA map can become read-only when the workspace is over Free limits, payment is in grace, or you only have viewer access.
What happens when I delete a map?
MapsDeleting a map you own removes it and its nodes and edges. If the map has been sold, it is archived instead so buyers keep access.
What can each workspace role do?
AccountOwners manage billing, members, API tokens, payouts, listings, and verification. Admins edit maps and can invite Editors/Viewers into open seats. Editors edit maps. Viewers are read-only.
Why can't I create another free workspace?
PlansEach account can own up to two Free workspaces. Paid workspaces are unlimited because each workspace has its own subscription.
