How do I delete a workspace?
Account · Updated Jun 22, 2026
Owners can delete a workspace from the Danger zone. It must be on Free, can't be your only one, and is archived (not destroyed) if it has buyers.
Open Dashboard, Settings, Workspace, then scroll to the Danger zone and choose Delete workspace. Only the workspace Owner can do this, and you confirm by typing the workspace name.
Two guards apply: a paid workspace must be cancelled back to Free first (the screen shows a Manage billing link), and you can't delete your only owned workspace, so create or keep another first.
If the workspace has maps that other people have bought, it is archived rather than destroyed, so those buyers keep their purchased copies (they lose live updates but keep the snapshot saved at purchase). A workspace with no buyers is permanently deleted along with its maps. See deleting with buyers for the same protection at the account level.
