What happens after I close my account?
Account · Updated Jun 22, 2026
Closing suspends access immediately, then permanent deletion happens after a 30-day grace window, with a warning email before.
Closing your account (account settings, then Close account) does three things right away: it cancels every subscription you own, blocks sign-in, and starts a 30-day grace window. Your data is preserved and the closure is reversible during that window.
About 7 days before deletion we send a last-chance email. After 30 days the account is permanently erased: Stripe customers removed, workspaces and maps deleted, and the login removed.
Workspaces that own templates with active buyers are archived instead of deleted, so buyers keep what they paid for. See deleting with buyers and recovering a closed account.
