Within the 30-day grace window, yes, use chat support to reactivate. After permanent deletion the account cannot be recovered.
During the 30-day grace window after closing, the account is suspended but not yet deleted. Start a chat with support (the chat bubble works even while signed out) so we can confirm ownership and reactivate it. Reactivation restores access, it does not automatically restart a cancelled subscription.
After the grace window the account is permanently erased and cannot be recovered, you would need to sign up fresh. The same applies to accounts deleted for long-term dormancy. See account closure timeline.
