How do I redeem a promo code?

On a Free workspace, open Plans and billing, choose Have a promo code, enter it, and Redeem. It starts a free Pro trial with no card required.
If you have a campaign code (for example a few months of Pro free), redeem it from the workspace you want it applied to:
1. Make sure that workspace is on Free. Promo codes only apply to workspaces that are not already on Pro. 2. Go to Dashboard, Settings, Workspace, then Plans and billing. 3. Click Have a promo code, type the code, and choose Redeem. 4. You are taken to a short Stripe confirmation. No card is required.
Your workspace moves to a Pro trial for the length the code grants. You get the full Pro experience, with one exception: selling templates needs a paid plan, so that stays locked during the trial (you can still buy templates and share maps).
When the trial ends, the workspace drops back to Free unless you add a card to keep Pro. Nothing is charged automatically, because no card is on file. If a code is rejected, it is usually expired, fully redeemed, or the workspace is already on Pro. Billing is owner-only, so only the workspace owner sees this option.

How do I update or remove my card or manage billing?
BillingOwners manage the card, invoices, and receipts in the Stripe billing portal, opened from Plans and billing. You can remove your card once there's no upcoming charge.
