How do I change or cancel my plan?

Owners manage subscriptions from billing settings. Downgrades preserve data and apply Free limits.

Open Dashboard, Settings, Workspace, then Plans and billing. Owners can open the Stripe billing portal from there to update payment details, change renewal settings, or cancel. See subscriptions and seats for plan behavior.

Canceling or downgrading does not delete maps. Canopy preserves your workspace and applies the limits of the new plan.
