How do I update or remove my card or manage billing?
Billing · Updated Jun 24, 2026
Owners manage the card, invoices, and receipts in the Stripe billing portal, opened from Plans and billing. You can remove your card once there's no upcoming charge.
Open Dashboard, Settings, Workspace, then Plans and billing, and choose Manage to open the secure Stripe billing portal. There you can update the card on file, change the billing email, download invoices and receipts, and cancel or change the plan.
To remove your card entirely, use the Remove action next to the card on Plans and billing. Because a renewing plan needs a card to charge, Remove is only available when there is no upcoming charge: the plan is set to cancel at the end of the period, or there is no active subscription. If the plan is still renewing, cancel first (Manage, then Cancel, which keeps the time you already paid for), and the Remove action becomes available. You stay on Pro until the period ends, then drop to Free; add a card again anytime to keep renewing. This is also how a departing owner clears their card before transferring a workspace.
Billing is owner-only, so Admins, Editors, and Viewers do not see these controls. Subscription invoices live in Stripe (we link you to the portal), while template marketplace purchases show in-app under Plans and billing.
