Sign-in says my account is suspended
Account · Updated Jun 22, 2026
Suspension happens after you close your account, after long inactivity, or from an admin action. Start a chat with support to sort it out.
A suspended sign-in means one of three things: you closed your account and are in the grace window, the account was suspended for long-term inactivity, or it was banned. In each case, start a chat with support (the chat bubble is on every page, even when signed out) and we will confirm your account and help.
If you are within the closure or dormancy grace window, reactivation is possible. See recovering a closed account and the Dormant Account Policy.
