Why is my template listing paused?
Marketplace · Updated Jun 22, 2026
Paid listings can pause when a workspace is no longer eligible to sell, usually because the workspace is not on an active paid plan.
Paid template listings require an eligible Pro or Enterprise workspace. Listings can pause when a workspace downgrades, loses active paid status, or no longer satisfies marketplace requirements. See seller lifecycle for how listings change state.
Paused listings are preserved. Existing buyers keep their purchased access, but new purchases are disabled until the workspace becomes eligible again.
Re-upgrade the workspace or finish any required payout setup to resume selling.
