Are my maps private?
Security · Updated Jul 2, 2026
Maps are private by default. Public profiles, share links, and marketplace listings are opt-in.
Workspace maps are scoped to workspace members unless you explicitly publish or share them. Public maps are intended for profiles, examples, and templates. See security for how access is scoped.
Use private maps for internal architecture. Only publish a map when you are comfortable with the details being visible.
Marketplace and public profile surfaces show only public identity: display names, handles, workspace names, logos, selected avatars, public map stats, and verification status. Email addresses are not shown on public template cards, account previews, or workspace previews.
