If I close my account, can I still collect my payouts?

Account closure cancels your Canopy subscriptions but leaves your Stripe Connect (Express) account intact. Canopy does not disconnect it, so any pending balance pays out on Stripe's normal schedule and you keep access at express.stripe.com.

If a workspace you owned had templates with active buyers, that workspace is archived rather than deleted, so buyers keep what they paid for. See deleting with buyers.
