When should I use chat support?

Use chat support for questions, troubleshooting, billing confusion, or anything where a quick back-and-forth helps.

Chat is the preferred support path. It is fastest for troubleshooting setup, maps, billing settings, exports, MCP, and general product questions.

If chat is unavailable or your issue includes sensitive account ownership details, use email support from the relevant account address.
